In order to staff each program effectively, all programs will close one week prior to the start date of the program unless otherwise indicated by the Program Director.  

Full refunds will granted up to 7 days prior to the start date of the program.  No refunds will be provided after that date.  

If cancellation is due to illness or injury, please email [email protected] to discuss your personal situation.  Any refunds granted during the 7 days prior to the start date or after the start date of a program will be issued at the discretion of the Program Director. All decisions are final.
